M7 task

For this module task I decided to complete the first option.  Every night before I went to bed for the past week I wrote down three good things that happened to me throughout that day.  I found this task very helpful because even if I felt like I didn't have a lot of good things that happened during my day I was still able to think of something positive for my day.  After focusing on the positive things that happened throughout my day I felt happier before I went to bed.

  2. Heidi, I loved reading the things that made your days good, sometimes it is the smallest thing that can make the difference and you really make that apparent with this. Also congratulations on doing so well in golf.

    Thank you for sharing your experience with this assignment. I chose this task as well and had the same feelings that you did. I slept better and I felt more content and very blessed at the end of each day after meditating on the positive things that I experienced no matter how big or small. Great post!
